This summer, we're opening a limited number of small group sessions in Dubai to explore the role sound work and meditation can play in supporting wellbeing, rest, and self-awareness.
If you're curious about sound work, meditation, or simply carving out a little more space for yourself, you're welcome to join.
Each session is a different combination of breathwork, guided meditation, and sound.
You'll spend around an hour lying down comfortably, guided through breath and meditation while listening to a variety of acoustic instruments and frequencies that have traditionally been used to support relaxation, meditation, presence, and introspection.
There is no right way to experience it.
No previous experience with meditation, yoga, breathwork, or sound work is needed.
Just curiosity :)
A minimum contribution of AED 54 reserves your place.
If you'd like to contribute more, suggested amounts are AED 81 and AED 108 — you choose what you're comfortable paying.
Everyone receives the same experience regardless of contribution.
If the minimum contribution is currently a barrier, please get in touch. Accessibility is part of the reason this project exists.
Only 10 places available per session. Held in JVC (Jumeirah Village Circle), Dubai — the exact location is shared after your booking is confirmed.
Currently scheduled for July only — more dates to come, depending on community demand. You're welcome to attend a single session or join regularly throughout the pilot.
Some people stay for a chat. Some leave quietly. Both are welcome.
This may be for you if:
No prior experience is required.
These sessions are intended as wellbeing experiences for the community. They are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
If you're pregnant, have epilepsy, significant sound sensitivity, or any medical or mental health concerns you'd like to discuss beforehand, please get in touch before booking.
Places are limited and contributions are non-refundable. If something comes up, we'll do our best to move you to another session where possible.
Sessions are held in JVC (Jumeirah Village Circle), Dubai. The exact location is shared after your booking is confirmed.
The sessions are guided by sisters Anmol and Riddhi, who have each developed their own sound work practice between Dubai and London.
Both trained in India, including time spent studying in Rishikesh and Auroville, exploring the traditional use of sound, vibration, and acoustic instruments for rest, meditation, and wellbeing.
Together, they have facilitated private sessions, corporate wellbeing experiences, and community events, using seven-metal Himalayan singing bowls alongside tuning forks, shruti boxes, chimes, rattles, and other traditional instruments to create nature-inspired soundscapes that support rest and relaxation.
Anmol is also a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, integrating movement, breath, meditation, and sound into her work.
Green Healing Project brings these experiences together in a simple, accessible community setting.
